Construction of a luxury contemporary residence including basement, pool and extensive landscaping. The residence is clad in feature bluestone and incorporates an integrated wet edge pool.

The Sisters | Pt Nepean Rd

AM Architecture designed custom residence located on highly sought after prime beach frontage on the Mornington Peninsula.

High end finishes utilising natural materials throughout. Thermomass insulated concrete exteriors will Black Butt timber cladding running seamlessly through to polished concrete floors, insitu concrete furniture and custom timber joinery and  feature timber paneled ceiling.

The overall design and material selection aimed to maximize the prime location and view while minimize ongoing maintenance with highly durable products suitable to the harsh coastal environment.

The harsh coastal environment, Aboriginal cultural sensitive area and Heritage Victoria overlay added to the project complexities.

Carr Design have once again delivered their seamless lines to achieve the clients brief. The architecturally designed showpiece was modelled from European classical features which added to the challenges but ultimate satisfaction it delivered for the client.

The project was delivered in 11 months to an extremely high level of quality. 

The house encompasses all of the modern day luxuries and specifications in a very subtle manner and well integrated into the building features.
